This is the crib sheet that I’ve been using whilst on this placement to remind me to include all the relevant info in a clinical notes entry for an inpatient. It is based on the Nutrition and Dietetic Care Process that student dietitians are taught in the UK.
As I said in the previous post about these resources that I’m sharing – it will probably be more helpful for you to chop and change things around once you figure out what is most useful or what you need to be reminded of whilst you’re on placement or working.
