Friday Favourites: Cafe Hangouts

Happy Friday! For this post I’m sharing my favourite cafe hangouts in recent months- they’re spread out all over the place so hopefully there might be one near you that you can try!

This isn’t a sponsored post in any way – just me sharing some fave cake & coffee spots!

Eastbourne

Nelson Coffee – Cosy & comforting. If their beaut Instagram doesn’t draw you in, the promise of great coffee served with love should!

Urban Ground – Equally delightful coffee & cakes, these guys can be found in 3 locations around Eastbourne now. I think my fave might be the South St branch, but the gorg views from the top of the Towner gallery are pretty amazing too.

The Beach Deck – Sitting right on the beach, this spot is as equally as perfect on a stormy day as a sunny one. If you’re after something more substantial than coffee and cake, their fish and chips are spot on.

London

Sparrow – Great for coffee, cake, brunch and dinner!

Sazzy & Fran – These guys keep me topped up with caffeine and snacks when I’m working at the London Centre of Intuitive Eating.

Abuelo – A gorg hangout in Covent Garden which I was only recently introduced to. Beautiful cakes & interiors make for an Instagrammer’s dream!

Arlo & Moe – A South East London spot with branches in Hither Green & Brockley.

Timber Yard – a super cosy downstairs where you can while away the day with a good book or blog away to your heart’s content.

Hackney Coffe Co. – Their breakfast smoothies & pastries are delish!

Cornwall

Gylly Beach Cafe – I was shown this spot whilst I was on hol in Falmouth earlier this year and managed to get there for coffeee, brunch, and dinner twice before we came home – good going huh?! Right on the beach in Falmouth, this is such a gem.

Beacon Coffee – another Falmouth gem!
